The complete box set of the show’s first season – along with the release of the Volume 2 DVD collection (for fans who already own Volume 1) – is being released just in time for all the excitement surround the Iron Man 2 sequel starring Robert Downey Jr.

Iron Man: Armored Adventures began airing last year, and the critically acclaimed show is already being put forth for another season. 26 all-new episodes are in the works, and producers can’t wait to bring fans yet another season of the show.

Creator Christopher Yost describes the show to Comic Book Resources: “This was a reimagining of Tony Stark as a teenager. Basically, what if similar incidents that were in the movie happened to Tony when he was younger? So it is kind of like an alternate reality take but the goal was for me… well I knew what I had to do with it – essentially capture everything about Tony Stark that made [him who he is] without the trappings of it.”
